Who is responsible for your data

Data we collect
Name, email and phone of the lead passenger; number of adults, children and suitcases; hotel; dates, times, airlines and flight numbers; extras you add; and the booking and payment status.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Card details are entered directly in Stripe and we never receive them.
Why we use them
Primary purposes, needed for the service: to book and operate your transfer with the transportation provider, process your payment, send you your confirmation, pickup time and tracking link, and assist you before, during and after your trip.
Secondary purposes: to send you offers and measure how our site is used (only with your consent for analytics cookies). You can refuse secondary purposes at any time by writing to [email protected]; this does not affect your booking.
Who we share them with
With the transportation provider and operating platform that perform your transfer, and with Stripe to process your payment. These transfers are necessary to provide the service you request and do not require your consent under article 37 of the LFPDPPP. We do not sell your data.
Your rights (ARCO)
You can access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its use, and revoke your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Please include your name, the right you want to exercise and a copy of an ID. We will answer within the legal deadlines.
