We know plans change. Cancel up to 24 hours before your service and we refund 100% of the price.
Free cancellation
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you get a full refund.
The time is counted from the landing time of your flight for arrivals, and from your hotel pickup time for returns.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service and no-shows are not refunded.
Round trips
You can cancel the arrival, the return or both. Each transfer follows the same rule, and the refund corresponds to the part of the price of the cancelled transfer.
How to cancel
Write to [email protected] with your booking number (it starts with ASC-) and the email address you booked with. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the same card used for the payment. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Flight delays, changes and cancellations
We follow your flight, so a delay on arrival day does not require any action from you.
If your airline changes or cancels your flight, write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer at no extra cost.
If we cannot provide the service
If we have to cancel your transfer for reasons on our side, we refund 100% of the price of that transfer.
